At its heart, my mission is simple: to remove the uncertainty surrounding disability accommodations and to prove that accessibility doesn’t require perfection—just a willingness to learn, grow, and meet people where they are.
Disabilities can be physical, intellectual, developmental, or invisible, affecting individuals in diverse and unique ways. Whether or not these disabilities are disclosed, we all work with clients who have needs and challenges that require understanding and thoughtful solutions.
Accommodating people of all abilities doesn’t have to be difficult, time-consuming, or costly. Oliveri All Abilities Consulting partners with organizations and professionals to build inclusive, practical solutions and provide actionable, low or no-cost accommodations that ensure equity and access for everyone. From strategic consulting to impactful training, my approach blends expertise, compassion, and innovation to create lasting change.
